Hope Faculty: Nothing wrong with Fairness

Many Hope Faculty members soon come to realise that things are not always fair in life, may it be an opportunity, an interaction with someone or just everyday life dealing you bad cards. It is upsetting because today it is about survival of the fittest. So, when people interact they can have many interests riding and depending on the result, it’s natural to fight for your self-interest. People today also move and live in the realms of “no one’s going to give you anything, you have to take it mentality” so again leads to a highly competitive society where not everything is done correctly, and we all know this because in society we all ways here and witness “Cash is King” and this allows for in all levels of society to make allowances in favour over another poorer person.
The evidence is all around us, but what is very important is that because society is like that and you’re not, you can’t let it take your positivity, shine and outlook. Carry on smiling, be true to yourself keep those beliefs stay open-minded, carry on being honest nothing wrong with your conformity to your own regulations and rules because you are not alone Hope Faculty members are always true to themselves. Hope Faculty is with you because its through the compliance of standards that you hold in your heart which makes you strong, and you always root for the real people with good hearts and hope that everyone will get a ‘fair crack of the whip’ because you are a person who like treating people without favouritism or discrimination and believe in equitable treatment for all world citizens.

Hope Faculty: Malcolm X Forward the story

Hope Faculty done a blog post called Hope Faculty Quotes: Malcolm X. It was then followed by a well-received comment from a great person called Robert Turley who thanked me for the thoughtful summery about Malcolm X and identified this as evidence of Malcolm’s universal appeal  as a person who challenges social issues and wanted fairness for all mankind whatever the struggle.

(This is why I love the power of the blog)

Robert Turley main points were:

  • Malcolm X was a resident in a place called Inkster Michigan
  • This was Malcolm first place he settled after his release from prison , an important and informative time in his life
  • He lived there with his brother
  • This is where he first became a minister
  • Malcolm talked about Inkster in his last speeches

(Here comes the shock)

  • Malcolm X home is on the city’s Demolition list

And this great blogger Robert Turley and lover of his town has taken it upon himself to highlight and spread awareness to preserve this building as a great symbol of what  Inkster, Michigan has given to the world  and more important Malcolm X  historical significance on American Heritage .

To the Mayor of Inkster  from the whole of Hope Faculty we believe  Malcolm X  is not only a symbol of American Heritage but still after all these years of death understand  he is still an important universal figure , so please lets preserve the history and celebrate one of your own.

Please Inkster, Michigan get together go to the mayor and tell him we want to save and preserve  our Heritage and history for the next generations of Inkster

Robert Turley Hope Faculty salutes you
