Hope Faculty always tells its members that tough times is only a phase and to remember to have the strength to not let it control your mind and body. Below is a great quote Hope faculty found on the web and thought we would share it.
Many Hope Faculty members soon come to realise that things are not always fair in life, may it be an opportunity, an interaction with someone or just everyday life dealing you bad cards. It is upsetting because today it is about survival of the fittest. So, when people interact they can have many interests riding and depending on the result, it’s natural to fight for your self-interest. People today also move and live in the realms of “no one’s going to give you anything, you have to take it mentality” so again leads to a highly competitive society where not everything is done correctly, and we all know this because in society we all ways here and witness “Cash is King” and this allows for in all levels of society to make allowances in favour over another poorer person.
The evidence is all around us, but what is very important is that because society is like that and you’re not, you can’t let it take your positivity, shine and outlook. Carry on smiling, be true to yourself keep those beliefs stay open-minded, carry on being honest nothing wrong with your conformity to your own regulations and rules because you are not alone Hope Faculty members are always true to themselves. Hope Faculty is with you because its through the compliance of standards that you hold in your heart which makes you strong, and you always root for the real people with good hearts and hope that everyone will get a ‘fair crack of the whip’ because you are a person who like treating people without favouritism or discrimination and believe in equitable treatment for all world citizens.
That’s Hope Faculty
At Hope Faculty we always tell our members that to spread hope you have to believe in yourself. Your own self belief is vital for the determination or direction of life.
To feel confidence you have to get rid of negativity, negativity and lack of confidence will always turn to self doubt and thats when its hard to give, fulfill and carryout things in you life to the full 100% potential. Outside factors we may not be able to influence but within ourselves we can try a few things to make life more focused to your vested interest and cut out alot of the time wasting. Below is a great list Hope Faculty found online, and it basicly sums up a few things you can quit which can help you fullfill or unlock the potential.
The term empowerment refers to measures designed to increase the degree of autonomy and self-determination in people and in communities to enable them to represent their interests in a responsible and self-determined way, acting on their own authority.
Hope Faculty understand that life is hectic, busy and tiresome. Life’s full of routine, things to do and the only free time gets taken for unexpected things. This vicious cycle can continue and continue and next thing you know you realised that you have not stepped aside and worked on any self-empowerment.
At Hope Faculty our members are always told to spread hope, knowledge and not judge anybody, but when your judging or comparing to others its hard so the best way for this is to be happy with one self.
The question then comes back how do I empower myself then? And the answer has many responses, but daily in relation to a busy life, you have many options, what is and will be the main problem is that motivation of get up and go. When you do stuff for yourself you might not be rewarded with money so this can be an obstacle as money issues have priority, you may not get rewarded in the short term, but you must think in the long-term benefits.
So simple stuff you can do in an hour like read, look up on some knowledge, exercise, learn a skill, visit a new place, join social groups, watch documentaries, write that blog post, contact that lost friend for a chat, eat something different, start something early, start research early, start a saving fund, research your children’s issues early and even meditate.
Hope faculty always promotes staying productive and self-empowering is like planting seeds or adding strings to your bow will help your confidence and most importantly will prepare you for that surprise day you have to shine even if you not expecting it .
That’s Hope Faculty
At Hope Faculty we laugh a lot, and I’m afraid it’s because otherwise we would be crying all the time.
A lot of hope Faculty members are so in tune with their feelings and what they are worth that their own natural voice of reason talks to them all day in their head about the wrong doings of mankind, and then this manifest into anger that continues throughout the day as you continue to spot small injustices that accumulate in screaming out loud “why isn’t the world Right”, “Why can’t things just be done correctly”.
You only must look at the international news to see how unfair and all the problems the world is facing politically and economically. You can see the pain and suffering humans can inflict on each other, how people become groups will try to divide by differentiating themselves, so they can find the evil and a cause to conquer some other human being who deep down is just the same as them. We are all just one human race and that’s why at the Hope Faculty we tell our members that the anger and sadness generated through the injustices you have encountered in today’s society, use that energy to counteract it in your daily lives , yes you cant change the world ,but you can change what your reality is , you can lead by example show that there is good in the world , be well behaved and good mannered , approach and say hello to everybody you encounter, smile and be vibrant all this has a knock on effect and can empower someone else who is watching you. Also, we tell our Members to help at home, talk to your family members that you have not talked for a while, engage with your kids, younger siblings or nephew and nieces or simply younger adults in the family, your advice can be powerful and just getting to understand them will benefit you and let you know what kind of route they might be on. Be good to your friends by being positive, taking an interest or reminding them what life looks like and what life is about by removing them from that box, that same mental state they find themselves in and give them a different perspective, help them think out of the box.
All these good vibes projected will in turn be projected in your own life, you soon will discover more positive people in your life, when you reflect positivity you will have this way of being able to find the positivity in people who could be considered to be negative. Projecting smiles will bring smiles into your day and you will start this wave of good feeling within yourself that cant be broken .A wave of good feeling that’s so strong that not even the bad world news the media portrays can knock you, because you have the positivity to not let the media get you down simply because you know the world is full of positive and good people which in turn brings us hope, and hope can change the world into a better place and that’s why we see no point in crying and just laugh at the battles ahead.
“Each one teaches one” is a philosophy, or way of life, that originated in the U.S. during the early days of slavery. Africans were thought of as chattel by their owners and not worth the time or resources it would take to educate them. Leaders within the slave community started the practice of teaching reading and writing in secret. And they passed on their knowledge to their friends and family members one at a time.
In true leadership fashion, they encouraged each new student to pass on their newfound knowledge to another person. If each one who gained new knowledge passed it on to one person and the pattern continued, then they believed that eventually everyone could become educated. And it worked!
Each one teaches one is a philosophy which motivates Hope Faculty. Hope faculty fully understands that the task of achieving and spreading the positive message of hope involves, passing the vital sparks of knowledge that will help hope shine and grow within the hopeless. Everybody can look deep inside themselves and find knowledge that could be helpful to another person. We all have this ability but sometimes we are not using it correctly. The hope in each one teaches one especially with hope faculty is to empower people with the knowledge and make sure the knowledge is used, exercised and passed on. If Hope faculty members keep this structure and cycle of passing the message and knowledge of positivity, the hope will grow, help, create, manifest, support and even warn those who seem to be in a hopeless place.
Hope Faculty members are always seeking to know if their positivity and traits fit into the Hope Faculty ethos.
-I simply told the members that there are many traits a positive person will have but when it comes to word describing a trait that all the Hope faculty members have and need, it’s the word BENEVOLANT.
-Yes, this was quickly followed by a hope faculty member saying simply what’s that?
Late Middle English: from Old French benevolent, from Latin bene volent- ‘well wishing’, from bene ‘well’ + velle ‘to wish’. (www.dictionairy .com)
intending or showing goodwill; kindly; friendly: a benevolent smile, abenevolent old man
doing good or giving aid to others, rather than making profit; charitable: a benevolent organize (www.dictionairy.com)
-So, in the spirit of each one should teach one
Benevolent fits in with Hope faculty because the benevolent traits mean you’re a natural well- wisher, yes, we don’t hate we appreciate and support type of people, it means your naturally positive a person who has good will, you help others without expecting anything in return, your good deeds are for the goodness of your own soul, your life’s not about money but instead about the quality of life and sharing the quality because your decent and humane. Your open mind and tender-hearted ways allow you to be generous and therefore the positivity you project is always bountiful to your soul.
